Q: I am unable to wake up early in the morning.  What should I do?

Ans: Take the help of alarm or any family member. If you are still not able to shed away your lethargy then imagine everyday before sleeping that you are waking up early and enjoying its benefits. Do it for one month.

Q: Whenever I go for an interview I shiver, get nervous and unable to perform well. Many times I just do not go. Can I change?

Ans: You can definitely change. Your problem is that you are overburdened with nervous energy, and you lack confidence. To use your energy you must work very hard, take regular exercise, mix up with friends, and travel different places. Read lessons on boosting your confidence to strenthen your self-confidence.

Q: Anger has become my biggest enemy in my life. I get angry very easily. I am unable to keep good relations or do any work properly due to this negative trait in me. Is there any solution? 

Ans: Anger is a natural phenomenon. Almost all persons get angry though intensity is different. Anger is actually sharp unsatisfactory reaction towards an unfavourable happening or at the attitude of another human being. You can control your anger with two simple steps: 1. Your your energy produced by anger as early as possible so that its damaging power can be brought to minimum. Secondly, constantly reason with yourself that you should keep your calm before reacting so sharp. After all you can not control this world. God is there to look after it.
