As medicine is antidote to disease the laughter is antidote to tension. The more laughter we are able to generate from life the more tension-free we become.

Tension has become the biggest health problem of modern world. It causes innumerable diseases of mind and body.  Most of the people run to their family doctor to get pills. And I think it is a bad decision. When you have free treatment for tension why run to a doctor to get  side-effects of tension killing pills.

Search for Laughter

Though laughter is the best medicine to treat tension yet, and unfortunately, we humans rush to outside world to get it or have some relaxation. We forget that we have abundance of laughter in our own pocket. We just need to insert our hand into the pocket and bring the laughter out.

Simple Yoga Exercise

Now here is a simple yoga exercise to help you melt your killing tension. Do this exercise two or three times a day and your life will certainly change.

Now, think that laughter is already in your pocket. Insert your hand into your pocket, fill the laughter in your hand, bring it out and throw on your face. Imagine that your face is enlightening with the energy of laughter. Also start laughing. Just a two minute exercise.

Now just four minutes a day exercise can bring a new change in your life. You get a new zestful thrust in your actions. Have some dance dear, you have just learned a new art of positive living.
