Achieving Your Goals – Passion and Comfort Zone

Life is great if you are ready to live it the way it comes. But it should be definitely aligned with your life goal. If you fail to do it and lack discipline the life may be a failure for you and it may be boring most of the times.

Discipline

Army discipline is necessary in case your goals are big and they demand a lot of innovation, delegation and hard work. Without it you won’t be able to achieve your goals.

Passion

Passion plays an important role in achieving goals. When the passion engulfs you don’t even need discipline because you are already working day and night and constantly thinking how to work faster and better according to your passion.

Still, passion needs to be guided with discipline. Now and then it may be beneficial to break the regimen of discipline and go with the flow of your passion, but, to perform and achieve quickly you need strict discipline too ( most of the times). Otherwise, sheer passion may mislead you many times and you won’t be able to do urgent works without which goals achievement may not be possible.

Comfort Zone

Slavery of passion can also lead you into the prison of comfort zone. Till you adopt out of the box approach you can not find new ways to progress. You need to be hard with yourself, to come out of your slavery with small steps. People become addicted to their comfort zones, thus fail to compete hard or achieve much in life. Such people are neither successful business managers nor successful political leaders.

It is also necessary to work in your comfort zone now and then to pacify your child personality. But be adventurous, take calculated risk and jump out of it often. It will sharpen your mental faculties as well as fighting skills.

Be a Fighter

You need to be a vigorous fighter to pave your way to hit the target. People or your own relations may not like you to be very successful . It hurts their ego. They would like to drag you down as much they are able to. But you need to be very tough and learn to fight the opposition with a merciless heart. Ultimately, when you become a winner, you are feared and loved. And victory rarely comes without working hard for it – shrewdly, diplomatically and hard-heartedly.
