In my childhood I had two friends who were totally opposite in nature. One was very intelligent and liked to study and get good marks. All other students envied him. He completed his Ph.D in English literature and became a lecturer in the most prestigious university in the country - University of Delhi.

My other friend was often beaten by the teachers as he was never able to get good marks. He didn't like to study. It seemed a wastage of time to him. He was always restless and full of energy. Disgusted with his lack of interest in study his father helped him join a factory and learn some work so that he might not starve. I met both of them in 2004 and knew that the lecturer was earning Rs.55,000/- a month. He would soon retire and live a peaceful life.

And my illiterate friend was running his own business and drawing a salary of Rs.5,00,000/- a month. His business assests were worth 250 crores. And he was not actually living a satisfied life. He was still restless because he had not achieved in life what he really wanted. He was still bubbling with new ideas to achieve more.

Now who in your opinion is the most successful person in life. Different people will have different opinion according to their upbringing and attitude. Actually both of these persons are successful. They got in life what they wanted.

Whatever we want from our life we usually get. There is only one condition: you must want it passionately.
