Every successful business is a product of good ideas. Without the foundation of powerful ideas your business edifice may crumble any time.

But jumbled or weak ideas don’t work. You must develop the acumen to separate diamonds from the coal. You need to follow four point principle to choose right and effective ideas for your business.

1. BRAIN STORMING

Regular brain storming sessions are essential to get ideas continuously. At least two sessions are necessary in a week. A team of three members is ideal for good ideas production. Though there can be two or more than three members yet it is better to avoid too many persons.

All the ideas which the team is producing must be written whether they are good or useless.

Keep a time limit on your session. Any time period between 20 minutes to 60 minutes is good enough.

2. BE CRITICAL

After producing the ideas see the list and decide on the ideas which should be discussed further.

Now take ideas one by one and talk in a critical way. By this way you will be able to choose the more useful ones.

3. IMPLEMENTATION

Even a very powerful ideas has no value till it is implemented wisely. It is the 3rd phase of your discussion. You must discuss how to implement an idea effectively. How much money or resources are needed to be invested to utilize the ideas. Which idea can be the best and least expensive for your company or business venture.

4. TESTING PERIOD

A testing period must also be decided for an idea. If an idea seems wonderful on paper but not proving fruitful for progress it should be abandoned at the right time. Investing too much energy and finance on a fruitless ideas may prove very damaging for your business. Replace the non-working with a new one.
