The most important part of your day’s activities should be the starting of your day. A day well-started is a day well-finished. A good today guarantees a good future. It also adds joy to your life.
1. WAKING UP AFTER A GOOD SLEEP
You won’t be able to wake up with a fresh mind and body if you are unable to have a good sleep at night. So ensure that you are tired enough to enjoy a sound sleep at night. To induce sleep you should relax your mind before sleeping by watching a TV program, reading a book or simply doing a quick meditation. In case you are still unable to sleep on time try a light exercise for 10 to 15 minutes.
2. NO TO BED TEA, BUT YES TO MORNING TEA
Most people love to have a cup of tea before they are out of bed. They think without it they are almost unable to stand up. Ordering or requesting tea in the bed is certainly a bad habit. You need to clean your mouth and drink some water before taking tea. For that, you must get up first and visit the washroom.
3. SIMPLE STRETCHING EXERCISE IS HEALTHY
After getting up and visiting the washroom do some stretching exercise. It will help you relax and refresh your mind further. We can learn it from animals. Most of them often stretch their body to refresh themselves. How much stretching? Only for one minute. Stretching is a part of Yoga as well as most sports exercise programs.
4. MEDITATION
Simple 5 to 15 minutes meditation after taking tea can do wonders to your mental as well as physical health. Meditation also improves power of concentration. Thus you will also be able to perform better in your work or official duties.
5. PHYSICAL EXERCISE
According to various studies, about one hour physical activity is necessary to keep our immune system and body in a healthy state. You can go for half an hour exercise in the morning – like quick walking, acrobatics, light weight-lifting etc. The remaining half an hour can be spread during the day or in the evening. You can make your exercise schedule according to your suitability.
By following these simple five tips you can definitely bring a very positive change in your life. You will become happier, healthier and more productive.
