An attractive and healthy personality is always based on the self-confidence of a person, while lack of self-confidence often leads to failure and depression in life. You fail in interviews, miss opportunities and rarely get care and attention of opposite sex. People are not influenced with your presence or talking. You are cursed to live a tensed and sorrowful life.

PAINT A POSITIVE SIDE

Good news is that you can build confidence or boost it further with simples steps. First of these steps is to know about your positive side. Take a diary or paper and write your good qualities or traits of your personality. As a matter of fact every person has some positive features in one’s personality. Think about two qualities first, then five, then ten. Keep adding more to the list of your qualities. Revise the text often. From the very first step your mind will start generating new waves. You feel you are also somebody.

Positive aspects may be related to your physical features, mental abilities, emotional structure, education, family, friends or relatives. Search in and outside you and think – What is in my favour?, What is my quality?, What plus points have I got?

USE YOUR EMOTIONAL ENERGY

Unused or bottled up emotional energy in your mind also causes chronic tension that often punctures your confidence in yourself. Therefore the more you use it the stronger you become. There are various methods to use it: Play games, do exercise, go on picnic, plan a party, go to a movie with friends or family members, have a long drive, cook for family or friends. In brief, do something, take action, make yourself physically active. Plan your activities on daily basis and feel the difference from the very first day.

RUN AFTER YOUR PASSION

Every person has a passion to do a certain thing in life. Some persons know about their main passion. Many people don’t know about it. You can discover your passion by asking yourself again and again : What I love to do? By doing several things in life (one at a time) you can certainly discover your main passion.

To succeed in life or gain self-confidence you must follow your passion. When we follow our passion we become expert in a certain area and it boosts our confidence in ourselves.

DO SOME WELFARE WORK

Helping others is a social way to boost confidence in yourself. Help people – family member, friends, neighbors, relatives – to solve their problems. You can also join a welfare organization and participate in their activities regularly. When we help others we should not expect any thing in return. Because such expectation frequently causes heart-burn. When we help others without expectation we feel happier and more confident.

DO SOMETHING NEW

It is a beautiful way to refresh your mind and gain confidence. Say your wife that you will cook for her at night., caress the hair of your parents, play with children, go to your neighborhood friend prepare tea for him and yourself, make a drawing with the painting instruments of a child at home or in neighborhood, paint the wooden constructions at your home. take children to a nearby garden, try a new recipe at home etc. You can image new things to do. Learning new things can also be a great experience.

Re-creating or pushing for a confident personality is quite easy if you fire up your desire and take a step now.
